Reminder Invitation to the Bristol Arts and Health Mapping Questionnaire

Have you had a chance to take part in the Bristol arts and health mapping survey?

We would really like to hear from you if you a medical or health practitioner, community and social care worker, researcher, academic, artist or a representative of an arts organisation in Bristol? Are you, or have you recently been involved in any creative initiative intended to enhance people’s health and well-being? If this is relevant to you, please take 15 minutes to tell us about yourself and your work at http://survey.demo.pixillionserver.co.uk/index.php?sid=36328&lang=en.

We are mapping the breadth and scope of arts and health activity across the city of Bristol. This mapping survey is a partnership between Willis Newson, Bristol City Council and NHS Bristol. The results of this research will be used to create an arts and health framework, leading to improved partnership working and the establishment of a Bristol Practitioners Network.

If you can complete the survey before the 26th July we are offering the chance to win 4 free tickets to a Colston Hall promotion.
