Executive Director, Plymouth Music Zone
Full Time - Salary: £36,000-£39,000
(depending on previous skills and experience)

Plymouth Music Zone (PMZ) is an award winning community music organisation that is passionate about the power of music and the arts to effect change. PMZ is made up of a very strong, supportive team and has a dynamic approach to all that it does. Our mission is to make a positive difference to people’s lives by providing high quality music-making opportunities for young people and training for adults. We are part of a National Network of 22 Youth Music funded organisations.
Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record in excellent leadership and management within the arts / creative sector. This is an exciting and challenging time for the organisation and all the ingredients are there for continued growth and success. We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and dynamic Executive Director to steer the organisation through to its next level of strategic development.
